Ever wondered what keywords your competitors are using?

When you start out creating a new website a good first step is to establish who your competitors are. Having established your competitors you may have wondered what keywords they are using to get top rankings on google.

Simply open the web page of your competitor then

Select > VIEW > SOURCE from the menu bar of explorer. See below



This will open a text file showing the source code of that web page.

In most cases this will show you the meta title, meta description and meta keywords and give you a better insight into words you should be using in your own website to gain first page listings on google
